Hi, I’m Atri, I’m a creative engineer and product manager passionate about bridging the gap between technology and culture. I aim to one day build businesses that nurture the next generation of creative thinkers and empower the economically disadvantaged.
Currently, I'm a product manager at Sony Music Entertainment spearheading the organization's first mobile-based streaming & performance analytics platform.
I recently graduated from Dartmouth College with Master's in Engineering Management and previously Electrical Engineering from BU. Among some of my varied life experiences: At 16 I was part of a team that researched for a cure for ulcerative colitis at Harvard Medical School. I believe in renewable energy and co-authored a paper about maximizing self-cleaning solar panel efficiency via electrosatics. I quoted revolutionary artist Lil B in my college commencement speech in front of hundreds of engineers (BU). Recently I was quoted and featured in Forbes for demonstrating how tokenization can unlock new financing opportunities for resource constrained musicians (ARAYZ token).
I taught myself how to code while at Dartmouth to reduce my monthly burn rate and my first website was to find free food on Dartmouth campus. Being able to turn my ideas into reality felt like magic.
In my spare time I started ‘Fermatta’ and used emerging technology to help creatives maximize fan engagement, revenues, streams, and fan loyalty. Clients include: Raekwon, Chiddy Bang, DJ Envy, Fetty Wap, Ty Dolla $ign, 24HRS, A$AP Ferg, Joey Bada$$, Jay IDK, Powers Pleasant, Wiz Khalifa, ShiShi Music, Caliph, DJ Rhetorik and more. We also collaborated with Snapchat to build a first of its kind Augmented Reality Portal in Hip-Hop.
I am working on a passion project Canteen - a platform to support South Asian artists. Please stay tuned!
I love learning, working hard, and connecting with like-minded individuals. Please don't hesitate to contact; I would love to chat email@example.com
